Water Spinach Stir-Fry with Hot Honey
Fresh, crisp B&W Water Spinach is lightly stir-fried with garlic and soy sauce, then finished with a touch of hot honey for the perfect balance of savory and sweet. Created by Chef Justin Timineri with Fresh From Florida, this easy recipe is a great introduction to one of Florida’s most versatile leafy greens.

DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat a large sauté pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the cooking oil to the pre-heated pan and carefully add the B&W water spinach.
- Cook the water spinach for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring. When the water spinach stems are just crisp-tender, add the chopped garlic and soy sauce.
- Stir ingredients to and cook for another 30 seconds to glaze. Remove the cooked water spinach from the pan and serve immediately.
- Garnish with hot honey.
- Enjoy!
