Water Spinach Stir-Fry with Hot Honey

Fresh, crisp B&W Water Spinach is lightly stir-fried with garlic and soy sauce, then finished with a touch of hot honey for the perfect balance of savory and sweet. Created by Chef Justin Timineri with Fresh From Florida, this easy recipe is a great introduction to one of Florida’s most versatile leafy greens.

DIRECTIONS
  1. Pre-heat a large sauté pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the cooking oil to the pre-heated pan and carefully add the B&W water spinach.
  3. Cook the water spinach for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring. When the water spinach stems are just crisp-tender, add the chopped garlic and soy sauce.
  4. Stir ingredients to and cook for another 30 seconds to glaze. Remove the cooked water spinach from the pan and serve immediately.
  5. Garnish with hot honey.
  6. Enjoy!
