Shrimp and Water Spinach Stir Fry

Try a new spin on this traditional dish with water spinach and shrimp.

DIRECTIONS

Heat a wok or large nonstick sauté pan over high heat and coat with oil. Add scallion whites to the hot pan, followed by minced garlic and ginger, about 1-2 min, season. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 4 min.  Add water spinach, toss to wilt, about 1 min.  Add oyster sauce, lemon juice and season to taste. On a platter or large bowl, place the house rice down first and top with stir fry. Garnish with sesame seeds and lemon zest. Serve and Enjoy!
