Lo Mein with Water Spinach and Watercress

Indulge in the vibrant flavors of our Lo Mein with Water Spinach and Watercress. This dish combines delicious noodles with fresh leafy greens, adding a boost of nutrition to your favorite meals.



  1. Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and chili crunch. Mix well.

Lo Mein: 

  1. Cook noodles to al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large wok and add green onions.
  3. Add carrots and water spinach stems. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add watercress and water spinach leaves. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add cooked noodles and mix.
  6. Stir in sauce.
  7. Mix well and enjoy!

If you want to add protein: 

Stir fry protein of choice in sesame oil before vegetables. Once cooked, remove from heat and set aside. Once you have combined the vegetables and noodles, add protein back in.
