Taco Salad with Watercress

The fiesta of watercress taco salad paired with our watercress’s peppery zest makes this salad blend the perfect balance of healthy and flavorful.

  1. Brown beef in a frying pan on medium heat.
  2. While meat is browning, chop tomatoes and cilantro and place to the side.
  3. Rinse and drain the corn and beans.
  4. After the beef is browned, season to taste with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Natural seasoning will be added from the watercress.
  5. Mix beans and corn into beef.
  6. Slice avocado
  7. Plate 1 cup of watercress, a handful of corn chips, beef mixture, tomatoes, cilantro, chees, and sliced avocado. For an additional kick, top it with your favorite salsa.
