Sinigang with Watercress

  1. Add ~ 8 cups of water to a large pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add spareribs to boiling water. Cover and let cook for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add seasoning. Cover and let cook for 6-8 minutes.
  4. Add onions and tomatoes. Cover and let cook for ~ 5 minutes.
  5. Add radish and cabbage. Cover and let cook for ~ 5 minutes.
  6. Add baby bok choy. Cover and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add fresh watercress and green onions. Cover and bring to a boil.
  8. Mix well. Enjoy!
