Black Bean Watercress Burger

This protein-packed burger is 100% vegetarian!

  1. Dice mushrooms and ½ bell pepper. Slice tomato into desirable size. Set aside.
  2. Drain and rinse the can of black beans. In a medium bowl, smash black beans until a paste consistency.
  3. Add all ingredients to bowl with black beans and mix until well blended.
  4. Scoop out black bean mixture into palm size patties.
  5. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Once heated, bake the patties for 20-30 minutes. Patties can also be grilled.
  6. Add your favorite burger toppings and enjoy!
