Arugula and Watercress Salad

We’ve paired our two healthy, flavorful, delicious, and nutritious leafy greens in one fantastic dish. It’s quick and easy to make and will surely have you returning for more!

  1. Combine all of B&W’s leafy greens in a bowl.
  2. Chop tomatoes and onions. Add to bowl and toss.
  3. Top with parmesan cheese, E.V.O.O., and salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle with dressing to your liking!
