The slightly sweet and tartness of water chestnuts combines beautifully with the mild spice of watercress’s peppery flavor to bring a dip that will have you full before your entrée if you aren’t careful.

  1. Chop scallions, spinach, and watercress
  2. Drain water chestnuts.
  3. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, water chestnuts, scallions, and Knorr in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
  4. Stir watercress and spinach into the mixture, using a spoon or spatula to break up and distribute any clumps of spinach.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve with bread and fresh vegetables.
