Watercress Salsa Verde

The watercress in this salsa verde will leave your taste buds tingling!

  1. Boil all the veggies for 10 minutes. / Hierve toda la verdura por 10 minutos.
  2. Add all the veggies to the blender and about 1/4 cup of the boiling water. / Añade toda la verdura a una licuadora y aproximadamente 1/4 taza del agua hirviendo. 
  3. Add the watercress to the blender and seasonings and blend. / Añade el berro y sazón a la licuadora y licua.
  4. Fry tortilla in a pan with oil. / Fríe la tortilla en un comal con aceite.
  5. Serve salsa in a bowl and cut tortilla into fourths. Enjoy! / Sirve la salsa en un recipiente y corta la tortilla en cuartos. ¡Buen provecho!
