Strawberry Pecan Salad Blend

The strawberry sweetness paired with our watercress’s peppery zest makes this salad blend the perfect balance of flavor.

INGREDIENTS
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup B&W Green Watercress
  • 1 cup B&W Red Watercress (or 2 cups of Green Watercress)
  • 1 cup B&W Arugula
  • 1 cup of Spinach
  • 1 cup of chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/2 cup glazed pecans
  • Bertolli balsalmic glaze or your choice of balsalmic viniagrette
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all of B&W’s leafy greens in a bowl.
  2. Chop strawberries and crumble gorgonzola if not already. Add to bowl with pecans.
  3. Drizzle with dressing to your liking!
