- Corta los pimientos chipotles y añade a la salsa.
- Sazona la salsa con sal, pimienta, paprika, cayenne y salsa picante.
- Añade el coliflor a un recipiente apto para el horno.
- Añade el berro, los camarones y el queso al coliflor y mezcla bien.
- Hornea at 350 por 20-30 minutos. ¡Buen provecho!
Directions:

- Add heavy whipping cream, almond milk and cheeses to make cheese sauce.
- Chop chipotle peppers and add whole can with liquid to the cheese sauce.
- Season cheese sauce with salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne and hot sauce to taste.
- Place cooked cauliflower in a deep baking dish.
- Top cauliflower with watercress, shrimp and cheese sauce. Mix well.
- Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
