Black Bean Watercress Burger
This protein-packed burger is 100% vegetarian!

- Dice mushrooms and ½ bell pepper. Slice tomato into desirable size. Set aside.
- Drain and rinse the can of black beans. In a medium bowl, smash black beans until a paste consistency.
- Add all ingredients to bowl with black beans and mix until well blended.
- Scoop out black bean mixture into palm size patties.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Once heated, bake the patties for 20-30 minutes. Patties can also be grilled.
- Add your favorite burger toppings and enjoy!
