TUNA AND ARUGULA TOSTADA
- Mix avocado, lime juice, jalapeños, red onions, chopped arugula, kosher salt and ground black pepper, and keep cold.
- To mixing bowl, add sesame oil, ponzu and sesame seeds with spoon. Mix in tuna, and keep cold.
- Brush each tostada with 65 grams Arugula-Avocado Mash. Top with 65 grams Marinated Tuna. With remaining marinade from tuna bowl, toss arugula, and mix lightly. Top tuna with dressed arugula.
