Tomato and Water Spinach Pasta

  4. While this is cooking, boil pasta to al dente.
  5. Add cream cheese to tomatoes and mash with masher.
  6. Add water until you reach desired consistency.
  7. Once sauce is thick and creamy, add water spinach leaves and mix.
  8. Add pasta and mix.
