Strawberry Bruschetta

  1. Toast the sourdough until charred
  2. Generously smear the ricotta on the bread
  3. In a bowl, toss the strawberries and balsamic together and then place over the ricotta
  4. Dress the watercress with the balsamic and strawberry juice remaining in the bowl and place over the strawberries

Drizzle the honey over the bruschetta
