- Toast the sourdough until charred
- Generously smear the ricotta on the bread
- In a bowl, toss the strawberries and balsamic together and then place over the ricotta
- Dress the watercress with the balsamic and strawberry juice remaining in the bowl and place over the strawberries
Drizzle the honey over the bruschetta
