Smoked Lamb Tacos
- Heat the tortillas in a pan and arrange them on a platter in stacks of 2
- Top each stack with the smoked lamb and crispy onions
- Drizzle the salsa verde over the tacos and sprinkle watercress over each one
Smoked Lamb
- Evenly coat the lamb with the spices and smoke at 225 degrees until fork tender
- Allow to rest, shred and reserve until ready to use
Salsa Verde
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until a smooth mixture forms
