Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add gnocchi in a single layer and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.

2.In the same skillet, add the sausage and break up with a wooden spoon intos maller pieces. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

3.Add the mushrooms and sauté until browned and tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

4.Pour in wine, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer for 2 minutes, or until reduced by half. Add broth and stir. Return crispy gnocchi to the skillet. Cover and let simmer for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the gnocchi aretender.

5.Stir in the Parmesan and Power4, cooking until thePower4wilts.Seasonwithsalt and pepper to taste and red pepper flakes, if desired.
