  1. Heat olive oil in a large, lidded skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the onion until soft, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add zucchini, yellow squash, salt, and pepper, stirring occasionally, until tender.
  3. Add Power4 and stir to combine, let wilt slightly, about 2 minutes.
  4. Make four small wells and crack an egg into each one. Cover the skillet with the lid, reduce the heat to medium-low, and let sit until the eggs are set to your liking.
  5. Remove from heat and top with avocado, feta, and scallions. Serve with pita bread or crusty French bread for dipping.
