Lamb Burger

  1. Preheat grill on medium high heat
  2. Form the ground lamb into 4 patties and season with cumin, salt, garlic powder, chili powder and pepper
  3. Cook the burger on the grill for 8-10 minutes until desired temperature, melt gouda on the patty
  4. Toast the bun on the grill and top the bottom bun with the roasted peppers
  5. Place the patty on top of the peppers, top with the watercress and the top part of the bun
