- Preheat grill on medium high heat
- Form the ground lamb into 4 patties and season with cumin, salt, garlic powder, chili powder and pepper
- Cook the burger on the grill for 8-10 minutes until desired temperature, melt gouda on the patty
- Toast the bun on the grill and top the bottom bun with the roasted peppers
- Place the patty on top of the peppers, top with the watercress and the top part of the bun
