Garlic and Watercress Grilled Oysters

  1. Combine butter, garlic, watercress, horseradish, breadcrumbs and salt in bowl ,and mix until well incorporated.
  2. Shuck oysters, and cover meat of each oyster with 1½ to 2 tablespoons filling.
  3. Place oysters, shell-side down, on grill, and cook over medium-high heat for 10 minutes until butter is bubbling inside oyster shell and oysters are hot all the way through.
