Garlic and Watercress Grilled Oysters
- Combine butter, garlic, watercress, horseradish, breadcrumbs and salt in bowl ,and mix until well incorporated.
- Shuck oysters, and cover meat of each oyster with 1½ to 2 tablespoons filling.
- Place oysters, shell-side down, on grill, and cook over medium-high heat for 10 minutes until butter is bubbling inside oyster shell and oysters are hot all the way through.
