B&W Recruits Brand Ambassadors

We are excited to announce the first of three watercress ambassadors that have come on board with B&W Quality Growers. The Woks of Life, a family of four cooks sharing home-cooked and restaurant-style recipes, has become an official B&W partner that has created an original Dim Sum recipe incorporating the peppery flavor of watercress into tasty meatballs.
