Boyne Capital Announces the Sale of B&W Quality Growers to Blue Road Capital

Boyne Capital (“Boyne”) a Miami, FL based private equity firm, investing in small and mid-sized companies, announced today the sale of its portfolio company, B&W Quality Growers, LLC (“B&W” or the “Company”) to Blue Road Capital (“Blue Road”). Boyne acquired B&W in 2015 in partnership with management.
