Watercress & Spinach Dip
The slightly sweet and tartness of water chestnuts combines beautifully with the mild spice of watercress’s peppery flavor to bring a dip that will have you full before your entrée if you aren’t careful.

- Chop scallions, spinach, and watercress
- Drain water chestnuts.
- Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, water chestnuts, scallions, and Knorr in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
- Stir watercress and spinach into the mixture, using a spoon or spatula to break up and distribute any clumps of spinach.
- Cover and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve with bread and fresh vegetables.
