- Add beef, watercress, jalapeño, raw eggs and seasonings to a bowl and mix.
- Take meat mixture and stuff with a hard boiled egg. Should make a total of 6 meatballs.
- Wrap each meatball with 1 slice of bacon.
- Air fry at 390 degrees for 17 minutes or bake in an oven at 415 for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
