  1. Sofreímos la cebolla, zanahoria, ajo, tomates y pimientos chipotle en el aceite. 
  2. Añade el pollo cuando los vegetales hayan cocido.
  3. Sazonamos con el comino, sal y pimienta. Revolvemos bien todo y lo dejamos a fuego lento unos 2-3 minutos.
  4. Añade la cebolleta y queso y mezcla hasta que se haya derretido el queso.
  5. Tuesta el pan y sobre una tapa de pan añade el berro y la tinga.
  6. ¡Cierra su bocadillo y buen provecho!

Directions:

  1. Pan fry the onion, carrot, garlic, tomatoes and chipotles in olive oil.
  2. Add the chicken once the veggies are cooked.
  3.  Season with cumin, salt and pepper. Mix well and simmer on low for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the green onions and cheese and mix until melted.
  5.  Toast the bread and add the watercress and chicken tinga to one lid.
  6.  Close your sandwich and enjoy!
