Spinach & Crab Fondue
- Preheat oven to 475°F. Place 1st Set in food processor, and pulse to chunky, medium-diced-sized consistency.
- Transfer mixture to large stand mixer fitted with paddle, and add 2nd Set. Beat mixture until evenly distributed. Add 3rd Set, and mix until combined. Place mixture in ovenproof bowl, and sprinkle it with Gruyère cheese.
- Place dish in oven for 7 to 10 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbling. Brown top under broiler until crisped, and serve immediately.
Serve with chips, crudités, bread, etc.
