Raspberry Vinaigrette

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
  3. Store raspberry vinaigrette in an air-tight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.

 Red Kale Sweetheart Salad

  1. In a large bowl, add the Sienna RedTM Kale, radicchio, pomegranate arils, strawberries, and red seedless grapes. Add the raspberry vinaigrette and toss gently until combined. Season with salt to taste.
  2. Arrange the blood orange slices on a platter to form a base for the salad. Season with a sprinkle of salt to taste.
  3. Top the blood orange slices with the red kale salad mixture and serve.
