Pear and Pomegranate Red Kale Medley

Indulge in this delicious but simple salad for a burst of flavor with our pre-mixed Red Kale Medley.

  1. Reduce pomegranate juice by half on the stove. Start with 1/2 cup and reduce very gently to 1/4 cup.
  2. Add reduced pomegranate juice and whisk in the remaining ingredients: olive oil, vinegar, maple syrup, zest, salt, and pepper.
  3. Store the Pomegranate Vinaigrette in a jar for up to 10 days in the fridge. Shake before using!


  1. Peel and slice pear, set to the side.
  2. Combine Red Kale Medley and 2 TBS pomegranate dressing in a bowl and toss.
  3. Top with sliced pears, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, and goat cheese.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
