Danish with Spinach and Cream Cheese


Frozen Puff Pastry

Cut purchased frozen puff pastry into 4-inch squares, and place back in freezer. Remove from freezer, and add filling in center of each square, leaving about ½ inch to seal. Place another piece of puff pastry on top, and seal edges.


Ensure before mixing that all spinach is dried out, using paper towel. Add all ingredients to bowl of KitchenAid. Using paddle attachment, mix until fully combined, and taste to adjust seasoning.

Oven Baking Process

Bake at 375°F full and or high fan. Check after 12 minutes or until golden- toasted brown, and dust with powdered sugar.
