Brie, Fig Jam and Watercress Quesadillas

  1. Lay tortillas flat ,and place Brie cheese on one side.
  2. Top cheese with dollops of fig jam, watercress, salt and chopped walnuts.
  3. Coat pan with olive oil, and heat tortillas over medium heat.
  4. Cook quesadillas until cheese begins to melt, fold over tortillas, and cook an additional 3-4 minutes until crispy on both sides.
