Brie, Fig Jam and Watercress Quesadillas
- Lay tortillas flat ,and place Brie cheese on one side.
- Top cheese with dollops of fig jam, watercress, salt and chopped walnuts.
- Coat pan with olive oil, and heat tortillas over medium heat.
- Cook quesadillas until cheese begins to melt, fold over tortillas, and cook an additional 3-4 minutes until crispy on both sides.
